There are two ways to contact us, and both reach the same support team.

• Live chat - open the chat window on any page of the site. Chat is staffed 24/7.
• E-mail - write to support@casinothisisvegas.co.uk. Messages are answered in the order they arrive.

Please use one channel per question. Sending the same query twice places it in the queue twice and slows the answer down.

Before we can look at an account or a transaction, we need to find it. Please include:

1. The username of your account with us.
2. The game or transaction concerned, with the amount where there is one, for example a withdrawal of £500.
3. The date and time it happened, and your time zone.
4. A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.

• Account access, registration details and verification checks.
• Deposits, withdrawals and the limits shown in your account.
• Bonuses, wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• Technical issues, such as a game that will not load or a round that was interrupted.

If your question falls outside this list, write to us anyway and we will point you to the right place.

We acknowledge every complaint in writing, look into it, and reply once our checks are complete. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will explain the next steps open to you.
