Bonus Terms and Conditions

Every promotion we run is covered by two sets of rules: the terms on this page, which apply to all offers, and the terms shown with the individual offer in the cashier or on the promotions page. Where the two differ, the terms attached to the specific offer take priority.

To take part in a promotion, all of the following must be true:

• You are 18 or over and your account is registered in your own name, with your own details.
• You are resident in the United Kingdom and are accessing your account from a country where we accept play.
• Your account is fully verified, or verification is completed before any withdrawal is paid.
• You claim one bonus per person, household, device, IP address and payment method, unless an offer states otherwise.
• Your account is not closed, suspended, self-excluded or in a time-out.
• The offer is still open at the time you claim it, and any code it requires has been entered correctly.

Some bonuses are added automatically when a qualifying deposit is made; others have to be opted into or activated. The offer itself tells you which applies.

1. Choose the offer in the cashier or on the promotions page and go through the terms attached to it.
2. Where a code is required, enter it exactly as shown before you confirm your deposit.
3. Deposit at least the minimum stated in the offer, using a payment method that qualifies for promotions.
4. Accept or activate the bonus if you are asked to, rather than leaving it pending in your account.
5. Check your balance to confirm the bonus has arrived before you place your first bet.

Deposits made with certain payment methods, including some e-wallets and prepaid options, may not qualify for promotions. The cashier shows which methods are excluded at the time you deposit.

A bonus cannot be added once you have started to play with a deposit, and a code cannot be applied retrospectively. If a deposit does not trigger the offer you expected, contact us before placing a bet.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: a multiple of the bonus, the qualifying deposit, or both, that must be staked before the balance can be withdrawn. The multiple, what it applies to and the time you have to meet it are stated in the terms of the offer and tracked in your account.

Games contribute to wagering at different rates. The rates for an individual offer are set out in its terms; the table below explains how the main game types usually behave.

Where a game is excluded, stakes placed on it do not reduce the wagering requirement and, in some cases, playing it while a bonus is active breaches the offer. Progress is calculated on settled bets only, so a round left open or a game closed mid-spin is counted once it resolves.

• Maximum stake. Until wagering is complete, your stake per spin, hand or round must not exceed the limit shown in the offer terms.
• Maximum win. Some offers, in particular free spins and bonuses given without a deposit, cap the amount that can be converted into withdrawable funds. Anything above the cap is removed.
• Order of play. Where cash and bonus balances are held separately, the cashier shows which is drawn on first and what happens to each when wagering ends.
• Low-risk and equal-margin play. Stakes that cover most or all outcomes of a game, or that are placed on opposing sides of the same table, do not count towards wagering.
• One bonus at a time. Unless an offer says otherwise, a new bonus cannot be claimed while wagering on an earlier one is still outstanding.

Bonuses and free spins have a life span, shown in the offer terms and in your account. Anything unused or still unwagered when that period ends is removed, together with winnings that depend on it. We do not extend expired offers.

You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your account or by asking our team. Cancelling removes the bonus and any winnings still tied to the wagering requirement, and leaves you with your cash balance.

A withdrawal requested while wagering is outstanding is treated as a decision to cancel the bonus, unless the offer terms say otherwise. Once wagering is complete, the balance becomes withdrawable in the normal way and is paid in line with the limits and timescales shown in the cashier.

Promotions are meant for players using them as part of normal, recreational play. Where we see duplicate accounts, shared payment details, coordinated play between accounts, or stake patterns designed only to clear wagering, we may withdraw the offer, remove bonus winnings and restrict or close the account. Cases of this kind are looked into individually and we will explain the outcome to you.

We may add, change or end a promotion at any time, and we may withdraw an offer from an individual account where the terms have not been met. Changes do not affect a bonus you have already claimed and are actively wagering, unless we have to act for legal or licensing reasons.
