Who we are

This Is Vegas Casino is an online casino for players in the United Kingdom. We offer slots, live dealer tables and progressive jackpots from established studios, all reachable from one account on desktop and mobile.

The lobby is grouped by game type so you can find what you want quickly. The studios supply the software, the return-to-player figures and the rules shown in each game's help screen.

Slots. Classic reels, video slots and feature-led titles.
Live tables. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows hosted in real time.
Jackpots. Games where the prize pool builds as people play, until it is won.
Table and card games. Software versions you can play at your own pace.

What we stand for

Four things shape how we run the site, and they matter most when something goes wrong.

Fair play. Outcomes are produced by the studios' random number generators and are not adjusted by us for individual players. Bonus terms and wagering requirements are set out with each offer.
Fast payouts. Once your account is verified, withdrawals are processed as quickly as the chosen payment method allows. Processing times for each method are shown in the cashier.
Safer gambling. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in your account settings, and we would rather you used them early than late.
18+ only. Registration and play are restricted to adults aged 18 or over. We confirm this during verification and close any account opened by someone underage.

How we look after players

Account verification

Before your first withdrawal we ask you to confirm your identity, your address and the ownership of the payment method you use. This is a standard check for a licensed gambling site: it protects your balance and keeps the site closed to anyone who should not be playing.

Secure payments

Payments are encrypted in transit and we do not store full card details on the site. Deposits and withdrawals use the methods listed in the cashier, and money is returned to the method you deposited with wherever that is possible.

Support around the clock

Our support team is available at any hour. Use the live chat on any page of the site, or e-mail support@casinothisisvegas.co.uk. Chat is usually quickest for account questions; e-mail suits anything that needs documents or a longer answer.

Safer gambling and getting in touch

Gambling should stay something you choose to do. If it stops feeling that way, free and confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain in one step.
